Please build entity query(queries) following the instructions as below.
Please specify entity type / entity name, and click + button to add it to entity query pool.

Entity Type

Please select entity type. iKBH currently supports drug, disease, gene, symptom, side-effect, pathway, anatomy, molecule, dietary supplement product, dietary supplement ingredient, and therapeutic class.

Entity Name

Please type entity name. Note: the typed Entity Name should comply with the selected Entity Type, e.g., one can type Alzheimer’s disease when Disease entity type is selected.

    Specify original data source where the relation was stored. Default All.
    Please build path query(queries) following the instructions as below.

    triplets visualized in the dashboard.

    A path query defines a schematic path consisting of entity types and relation types. Example - query paths connecting any drug to Alizheimer’s disease based on Treats_DDi relation (i.e., drug treats disease)
